An emotional event is usually something special to a person. In reality, however, it is not so special; it is just one of countless events.
Any joy, anger, sadness, shocking event, or life-related matter loses its vividness with time and is eventually forgotten. So if you look at the vast number of events instead of thinking about yourself and others this way and that, you will realize that you are just one of them and that you should not get caught up in each and every emotion.
At the same time, you will also realize the emptiness of the feelings that make you feel special. This work expresses such feelings by comparing them to the generation of ripples that are born and then disappear.
01
The surface of the water in front of you is calm. It reflects the scenery of trees and flocks of birds, sometimes swaying in the wind.
02
Ripples of all sizes begin to occur on the calm surface of the water.
03
The next ripple is created to interfere with the ripple. The number of ripples increases. Periodically, a drop of water falls and creates a ripple at the same pace.
04
Changing perspectives.
A bird's-eye view from far above the surface of the water creates so many ripples that they can no longer be counted. We can also see that these ripples appear to be irregular, but they are occurring regularly.
05
Countless ripples disappear. Regardless of their size, they will eventually disappear. Eventually, the water returns to a calm surface and the scenery is projected again.
My previous works had no emotion, In the past, my works were simply musical representations of landscapes, without any emotion. This time, however, a very emotional desire led me to create this piece. After going through a strong emotional experience, we return to a peaceful everyday life. I likened it to the generation of ripples and created this album.

The music he creates expresses the ordinary life and the scenery of the neighborhood.
I'm sitting on my deck at 5:06 am; it's 52°F/11°C, humid but calm, and the stars and planets seem brighter than usual (Jupiter in particular, just risen over the trees, could almost cast shadows all on its own). I'm fortified against the cool weather with a hoodie, a snifter of vanilla cognac, and this, Helge's lovely final album... and I am at peace. I feel genuinely soothed in a way I haven't felt in such a long time.
Sincere thanks to all who helped see this album through to its release. Scott

More ambient wizardry by zakè and City Of Dawn. I already had the CD version, but this [redux] "diversion" is a must (😸 at least, for me!)… ✨ The Sand Traveler
